At Cycle City Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
